The new bathroom facilities with a bath, shower, and separate toilet were impeccable. the room's comforts, including air conditioning and ironing facilities, were exceptional. the setting of an adjoining terrace and balcony made the experience even more delightful. the cherry on top was the garden view from the room. My overall satisfaction with the hotel was beyond words, and I am grateful for the exceptional experience provided by Crystal View.
